Shipping Methods & Rates

USPS Ground Advantage® — FREE

We offer FREE USPS Ground Advantage shipping on all orders shipping to U.S. addresses, regardless of order amount.

Ground Advantage includes tracking and typically delivers within 2–5 business days, depending on region and USPS processing times.

Upgraded Shipping Options

If you’d like to receive your order sooner, we also offer paid upgrade options at checkout:

USPS Priority Mail® — $13.99

  • Faster delivery: usually 1–3 business days
  • Includes tracking and USPS insurance

USPS Priority Mail Express® — $41.99

  • Fastest option: Overnight to 2-day delivery depending on location
  • Includes tracking and USPS Express insurance

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day
  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost packages or delays caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Missing apartment or suite numbers
  • Returned packages due to address errors

If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for paying reshipment costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is accepted by USPS, delivery times are outside our control.
If your tracking shows an issue, we’re happy to assist, but we cannot issue refunds for delays caused by the postal service.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and items so we can help resolve the issue.
