Your satisfaction matters to us. However, because body jewelry is a hygiene-sensitive product, we follow strict return guidelines to protect all customers.
Hygiene & Tamper Seal Policy
For the safety and hygiene of all customers, returns are only accepted if the tamper seal is fully intact.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
- If the tamper seal is broken, opened, or removed, the item becomes a Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded
This policy ensures that no body jewelry is ever resold after being opened.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Email us within 3 days of delivery
- Include clear photo proof of the item and packaging
Once verified, we will send a free replacement or provide a resolution at our discretion.
We do not refund shipping costs on replacement items.
Other Return Reasons
For all eligible returns where the tamper seal is still intact:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Return must be sent back in the original packaging
Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Items with broken or removed tamper seals
- Used or worn body jewelry
- Clearance items marked “Final Sale”
- Gift cards

- Photos of the item and the intact tamper seal
- Reason for the return
